Job Description

LadyStrong Fitness is looking for a full-time strength coach who can help women build strength, confidence, and consistency. We offer large group classes and semi-private training in a welcoming, coaching-focused studio. We're looking for someone who coaches well, builds trust with members, and takes an interest in their progress beyond a single workout. What you'll do Coach group strength classes and semi-private sessions with clear instruction, attention to form, and appropriate modifications. Get to know members' goals, notice their progress, and help them stay consistent. Recognize when a member may benefit from additional support, such as semi-private training, nutrition coaching, or supplements, and feel comfortable discussing those options or connecting them with the right team member. Prepare for sessions, communicate with the coaching team, and help maintain a clean, welcoming studio. You'll be a strong fit if you Have experience coaching strength training in a group or personal training setting. Can coach a room confidently while giving members individual attention. Know how to build genuine relationships and have helpful conversations about a member's goals. Are comfortable recommending relevant services when they could benefit a member, without a high-pressure approach. Are dependable for a schedule that includes some early mornings, evenings, and rotating Saturdays. A personal training certification and current CPR/AED certification are preferred.
