Job Description

Varsity Baseball Head Coach - Ida Crown Jewish Academy Ida Crown Jewish Academy is currently seeking a Varsity Baseball Head Coach for the upcoming 2027 season. The Varsity Baseball Coach will help develop and provide effective instruction, be knowledgeable of current best practices, and demonstrate a high level of leadership and positive learning environment for the student-athletes.

Responsibilities include:

Establish and maintain a team culture that emphasizes core values of encouragement, accountability, unity, and positivity Oversee the Baseball Program, setting clear goals for team performance, conduct, and development Lead the team during games, making strategic adjustments and managing player rotations Develop practice plans that help players learn basic and advanced skills and fundamentals Set and enforce high standards of exemplary behavior for coaches and players that reflect positively on the school and community
