The Varsity Boys Assistant Coach should be well versed in modern basketball concepts, offensive spacing, man and zone defensive tactics, and be knowledgeable of current best practices.
Responsibilities include:
Support the Head Coach in developing the skills and character of the student-athletes while possessing a high level of communication and leadership Assist in overseeing player development, helping plan scouting reports on opponents, and establishing game strategies Collaborate with the Head Coach to design well organized and competitive practice plans that evolve throughout the season Reinforce fundamental basketball skills and implement the offensive and defensive systems put in place by theHead Coach Location:
