• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions
• Lead engaging small-group training workouts
• Follow an assessment + sales process to determine which program is right for a client, and get them started
• Build & maintain strong member relationships
• Maintain a clean, welcoming training environment
• Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience
• Utilize computer systems to keep member accounts updated
• Participate in club social media presence Requirements
• Current personal training certification ( NASM , ACE , ACSM , or ISSA preferred), or in the process of obtaining one
• Current

CPR / AED

certification

• Sales experience strongly preferred
• Training experience required, even if it's only with friends/family
• Bilingual English-Spanish a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings & weekends
