Practices begin on August 10th and our season continues into late October. We are looking for a person who has a passion for sharing their love of volleyball and working with high school students. Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach Job Description Team Duties:
The Coach needs to be available during practice times which can range from 3:30-6:30 on campus. The coach must be available to travel on the bus to away game dates that could leave as early as 2:00 in the afternoon and occasional games that can be on weekends. Provide supervision before and after practices and contests until all players depart. Plan and run daily practices for JV- Level Student Athletes Coach Matches per the season schedule Communicate weekly with players and parents. Model good sportsmanship and support NSCD's Athletic Program Values Work effectively with other coaches and athletic administration and other administrators at NSCD Participate in required school training and appropriate professional development Offerings. Have a valid IL driver's license and be willing to drive students upon occasion in school owned or rented vehicles.
Compensation:
$3000 to $4000 based on past experience coaching high school volleyball.
