Job Description
The coach is responsible for assessing an individual's or team's current performance, identifying areas for growth, and creating structured plans to achieve specific objectives. This role acts as a motivator, strategist, and educator, fostering a supportive yet challenging environment that encourages continuous development and accountability. Core Responsibilities Analyze current performance, strengths, and weaknesses through observations, interviews, or data analysis. Collaborate with Coaches, Athletic Director, Strength & Conditioning Coach, and athletes to establish clear, measurable short-term and long-term goals. Design and implement tailored training programs, drills, workshops, or action plans to build necessary skills. Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to help individuals overcome obstacles and stay committed. Monitor ongoing development and adjust coaching strategies or techniques as needed to optimize results. Ensure all activities adhere to relevant safety standards, organizational policies, and ethical guidelines. Education & Experience A high school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience participating in or working within the specific field being coached.
