KA/viewform Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head Tennis Coach to deliver high-quality, engaging tennis instruction for a diverse range of players, from young beginners to competitive adults.
• Organize and execute on-court activities, including drills, game-based scenarios, and lesson plans that are appropriate for various skill levels.
• Offer personalized feedback and constructive coaching to players to foster skill development.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and professional on-court environment for all participants.
• Actively participate in coaching team meetings, contributing innovative ideas
• Cultivate an inclusive, encouraging, and motivating learning atmosphere for all athletes.
• Assist the Head Coach with client communication, providing progress updates to players and/or parents as needed.
• Adhere to all Racquet Set Go, LLC policies, procedures, and coaching standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head Tennis Coach.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

NOTE:

Coaching experience is preferred, but not required; we will train you!

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong tennis background with a solid understanding of fundamentals, technique, and strategy.
• A passion for the sport and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, teens, and adults.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in customer service or client relations.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to our coaching philosophy is highly valued.
• Must be reliable, professional, and possess a positive attitude.

Pay and Benefits:

• External pay rate is $15/hr (Work done with clients - i.e. Coaching programs/lessons)
• Internal pay rate is $10/hr (Training, onboarding, internal meetings)
