Mission:
Drive our 26-foot mobile game theater to events across Muncie, Anderson, and North Indy.
Event Mastery:
Facilitate high-energy experiences including video games and gel tag, primarily for kids and families.
Operations Support:
Assist the General Manager with route planning, and fleet maintenance.
Brand Ambassador:
Manage client expectations on-site and ensure the professional image of GameTruck is upheld.
Equipment Oversight:
Perform pre- and post-event inspections to ensure all hardware and vehicles are "battle-ready." A Typical Saturday Your day begins at the depot, syncing with the GM to review the day's route and invoices. You'll prep the rig, ensuring all consoles are updated and controllers are charged. Once on the road, you follow your pre-planned route to the event. At the party, you are the "General"—managing the chaos with calm enthusiasm, coaching the gamers, and ensuring the host is thrilled. After the final "Game Over," you collect payment, head back to the depot for check-in, and provide feedback to the team to make the next event even better. Who You Are (Qualifications) The "People Person": You have an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy working with kids.

You are punctual, meet deadlines, and take pride in your appearance.
The Problem Solver:
You can manage a lively party environment with a calm, positive attitude. The Gearhead (Optional): General knowledge of gaming consoles and A/V equipment is a plus!
The Driver:
You must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. (Must pass a criminal background check). Requirements Must be available to work Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. Must have dependable transportation to our depot. Ability to maneuver a truck and trailer (training provided). Ready to Level Up?
