Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Gymnastics Coach, where your passion for gymnastics and physical education will inspire and empower athletes of all ages and skill levels. In this energetic role, you will lead engaging training sessions, develop personalized coaching plans, and foster a positive environment that encourages growth, confidence, and teamwork. Your expertise will help athletes achieve their goals while promoting safety, discipline, and a love for the sport. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in a vibrant sports community. Responsibilities Lead warm-up routines, skill drills, and conditioning exercises to enhance flexibility, strength, and technique Monitor athletes' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust coaching strategies accordingly Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions, including proper use of equipment and spotting techniques Foster a motivating environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance milestones, and safety incidents Requirements Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and young athletes in a coaching setting Knowledge of safety procedures including first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation (Automated External Defibrillator), and emergency response protocols Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Experience working with sports teams or in health clubs is advantageous Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a positive learning environment Certifications in gymnastics training are desirable but not required; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is preferred.
