Compensation :
$40k-$45k +Commission Schedule :
In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM How You'll Do It Engages & participates with the recruiting/sourcing using all resources effectively Accurately document in real-time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software system Performing applicant interviews to include contingent job offer & required document process Sourcing, screening, interviewing a min of 10+ candidates weekly Manages & performs drug screen process and compliance Ensure completion and compliance of background checks for new hires Facilitates and conducts company & client orientations to qualified candidates Responsible for documenting all candidate/associate communications, maintain personnel file, and facilitate employee separations along with feedback surveys/exit interviews All other duties as assigned What You'll Bring Here's what else we're looking for: High School Diploma (or equivalent) 1 year recruiting experience , one year of previous customer service experience or appropriate business experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experience Bilingual in both English and Spanish highly preferred Above average communication skills to communicate effectively with applicants and employees A cooperative, team-oriented demeanor, yet also able to work independently Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsThe Benefits:

To successfully perform the duties of this job, the associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and connecting qualified candidates with great job opportunities while building strong relationships with our employees and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, resourceful, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment where priorities can change quickly. This is a hands-on position where communication, follow-up, urgency, and accountability are key. You will make phone calls, source candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, address employee concerns, support our clients, and help ensure our candidates are successful once they start working. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, meeting goals, and making a real impact , we want to meet you!
