We're looking for coaches who are passionate about helping others, love fitness, and thrive in a team environment. Whether you're an experienced CrossFit coach, fitness instructor, or someone with a strong fitness background looking to become one, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities As a Prairie Forge Fitness Coach, you will: Lead group fitness classes with energy, confidence, and professionalism. Coach proper movement mechanics and ensure athletes perform exercises safely and effectively. Explain the intended stimulus of each workout and help athletes modify movements to achieve it. Scale workouts appropriately for athletes of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive class environment. Build relationships with members and help foster a strong community culture. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training space. Represent Prairie Forge Fitness with professionalism and integrity. Preferred Qualifications The following certifications are encouraged but not required : CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) or higher USA Weightlifting (USAW) Certification Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) Don't have a certification yet? That's okay. If you have a passion for coaching, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, we'll train you in our coaching methodology and help you develop the skills needed to become an exceptional coach. $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
