Job Description
We are looking for an assistant personal training coach to join our team @ Alloy Personal Training.

Attend all scheduled staff meetings. Wear Alloy uniform during all training shifts (black pants/shorts and approved Alloy logoed top). Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled shift. Clock in and clock out using MindBody software. Cue up appropriate daily workout on TV. Set up equipment needed for daily workout. Load all client information in Alloy app for all small group training sessions on your schedule before the shift begins. Review the client information Apply the Alloy workouts to the clients appropriately as prescribed by the Director of Training. Based on the Alloy app, implement all corrective exercises, restrictions and any special communication as it is written by the Director of Training.. Record all workouts and appropriate notes regarding each client and their visit in the Alloy app. Remain on the training floor during your shift. If there are no clients on your schedule, help coach the other clients in the gym, tidy up, ask the desk where help is needed or simply visit with folks in the gym to enhance community. Check-out all clients in MB software Follow-up with all no-shows. At the end of the morning and evening shifts, complete the tasks listed on the closing checklist. Qualifications Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields Ability to coach all fitness levels Passion for health and fitness Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain high energyJob Type:
