To Be Determined Job Description Mercer County High School Head Football Coach As the Head Football Coach, you are the architect of our program's future. You won't just be calling plays; you'll be molding athletes into champions and leaders. This position will lead and manage the Mercer Co. Football program. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Direct supervision and development of the high school football program, organization and scheduling of practice, games, and all football related activities. Accountability for staff completion for all coaching requirements. Maintaining structure and discipline at all levels. Communication with middle school program, and other duties as assigned by the Principal and Athletic Director.
