Experience:

Coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level most desirable. Competitive experience at the high school and/or collegiate level will also be considered. General coaching experience will be considered.

Skills:

Organizational management Knowledge and understanding of specific sport, rules, and coaching fundamentals

Unusual Work Hours:

Practices begin on date identified by BCAHS Director of Athletics/Administrative Team. Early release time for afternoon events. Daily practices from 2:30-5:00.

After Hour Responsibilities:

Attendance at all scheduled practices and events of the individual sport. Ascertain students have transportation home after events when none is provided by the school.

General Responsibilities:

Supervise and instruct athletes at practice and all events Assist the varsity coach Maintain, distribute, and collect uniforms and equipment Check student eligibility Aid in coordinating practice schedules

Supervision Received:

Works under the direct supervision of the Varsity Coach, Director of Athletics, and Principal (or designee)
