Golf Fitness and Performance Coach Tour Physio & Performance | Easton, MA Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered $60,000-$75,000/year + bonus opportunities Tour Physio & Performance is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and highly personable Golf Performance Coach to join our growing team. This is more than a coaching position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in golf performance, work with serious golfers of all ages, and play an important role in the continued growth of our performance department. Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, understands how to develop speed, strength, power, mobility, and athleticism, and has a genuine passion for golf and helping people perform at their best. Who We Work With The majority of our clients are adult golfers looking to move better, feel better, increase speed and distance, and continue playing at a high level. You will also work with competitive junior, high school, and collegiate golfers, along with athletes progressing from rehabilitation back into performance training. Approximately 75%+ of your caseload will consist of adult golfers, with the remaining mix primarily made up of junior and competitive golfers. Responsibilities As a Golf Performance Coach, you will: Coach individual golf performance training sessions Lead adult golf fitness and performance groups Work with junior, high school, and collegiate golfers Design individualized strength, mobility, speed, and power programs Perform comprehensive Golf Performance Assessments Conduct mobility, strength, power, balance, and coordination testing Utilize TPI screening principles Perform speed and power testing Use force plates and other performance technology Review swing video and help identify potential physical contributors to swing limitations Collaborate with physical therapists, golf instructors, and other members of the athlete's performance team Help transition clients from rehabilitation into higher-level performance training Communicate clearly with clients regarding goals, progress, and recommendations Help convert appropriate assessment clients into ongoing training programs Support client retention and long-term relationships Assist with workshops, events, clinics, and partner-facility opportunities Contribute ideas and initiative toward improving and growing our golf performance programs Participate in educational or social media content when interested and appropriate What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Energetic and passionate about coaching Highly personable and able to connect with a wide range of clients Confident communicating with both recreational and competitive golfers Self-directed and able to take initiative Coachable and eager to continue learning Strong in foundational strength and conditioning principles Comfortable discussing training recommendations and helping clients make decisions about next steps Organized, dependable, and professional Excited to work as part of an interdisciplinary team Interested in helping grow a golf performance business rather than simply showing up to coach sessions Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: 2-3+ years of strength, conditioning, or sports performance coaching experience Educational background in sports performance, kinesiology, exercise science, strength and conditioning, or a related field CSCS or similar recognized strength and conditioning certification TPI certification Experience working with golfers Strong understanding of golf performance and the physical demands of the golf swing Candidates with a strong background in rotational sports who have a genuine passion for golf may also be considered. TPI certification is preferred, but we are willing to help the right candidate pursue additional golf-specific education and certification. Schedule This is preferably a full-time position , although we may consider a strong part-time candidate. The schedule will include a combination of: Daytime coaching Some early mornings Some evenings Approximately 1-2 Saturdays per month The primary location is our facility in Easton, Massachusetts , with potential opportunities to coach at partner facilities and alternate locations as we continue to grow. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $60,000-$75,000 annually , depending on experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities.
