Swim instructors should be able to teach all 4 competitive strokes and have experience working with children Swim instructors should be able to pass a traditional swim test demonstrating 4 competitive strokes and have the ability to provide in water correction effectively. OCY will pay for Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification. Additionally, you will be paid for the training. Requirements:

Provide quality swim instruction in-line with YMCA Swim Lessons Curriculum. Willing to obtain proper training certifications Maintain accurate records for swim participant progress, ensure communication to caregivers regarding expectations, skills progress, next steps, etc Work as part of a team committed to building confidence, friendships and skills among participants. Actively work to be a dependable team member and coach.
