Group Facilitator - Outpatient Mental Health & Recovery Programs South Easton, MA Part-Time | High Growth Opportunity | Competitive Compensation Rebuilding Recovery Center and Rebuilding Mental Health are actively seeking dynamic, experienced, and engaging Group Facilitators to join our rapidly growing clinical team. Our programs are growing quickly, and this role has strong potential to evolve into expanded shifts, leadership opportunities, and potentially full-time clinical positions within our current South Easton location and future program expansion projects. What We're Looking For We are seeking professionals who: Have experience facilitating engaging, clinically meaningful groups Can confidently manage group dynamics and foster participation Bring personality, authenticity, and professionalism into the room Understand the complexity of mental health, addiction, trauma, and recovery Are comfortable collaborating within a multidisciplinary treatment team Want to be part of an organization building something special This is not a "read from a worksheet" style group role. We value facilitators who can think critically, connect with patients, and create memorable and impactful clinical experiences.

Position Details Typical shifts include:

Evening programming Saturday groups Daytime weekday coverage opportunities Each shift generally consists of: 2 hours of group psychotherapy/facilitation Documentation and clinical collaboration responsibilities Compensation includes 4 paid hours per shift, not simply the face-to-face group time.
