Join our Snowsports School as a Junior Instructor and gain valuable experience working alongside seasoned instructors while supporting groups of children learning to ski or ride. This is a great way to build leadership skills, share your love of winter sports, and be part of a fun, energetic team. Pay rate \$15.00/hr Responsibilities & Duties
  • Assist instructors in teaching groups of children on the slopes
  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
  • Demonstrate and communicate Snowsports techniques clearly and enthusiastically
  • Support children in the House Mouse program (indoor care for those no longer skiing)
  • Provide professional, friendly interactions with both kids and families
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance in uniform (helmet, jacket, and name tag required)
  • Show knowledge of Jiminy Peak\'s services, including lodging, food & beverage, and lifts
  • Be punctual, reliable, and ready to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Uphold Jiminy Peak\'s mission, vision, and core values Qualifications
  • Must be at least 14 years of age
  • Able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate (\"blue square\") level
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs Why Join Us?
