Immediately Job Description At Lowell Catholic, Tradition Meets Tomorrow. Our students, faculty, alumni, parents and friends are united by the rich history of Catholic education in the Greater Lowell area and the calling to prepare students for a bright, faith-filled future. Lowell Catholic provides a safe, caring environment where students in grades Preschool - 12, from over 30 local communities and eleven different nations, create a community of learners who, in accordance with our mission, excel, prepare and live. Lowell Catholic is looking to hire coaches for both of our middle school to-ed volleyball teams. The jv team will consist of 5th & 6th graders. The coach responsibilities would entail: overseeing the student-athletes during practices and games, coming up with practice plans, and being a good role model for the student-athletes. This is a paid position with a stipend of $1,200 that will be issued in two payments - mid-season and the end of the season. The team will have their matches on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday evenings (between 5:15pm and 7:45pm). The practice schedule will vary, as it is dependent on Lowell Catholic's gym availability. We will aim to schedule at least one practice a week, but the time will vary. We are willing to work with the coach's schedule to accommodate practices. Anyone who wishes to inquire can email apontes@lowellcatholic.org with their open dates for an interview.
