This candidate should have experience as either a cross-country coach and/or as a former cross-country athlete. This is a part-time seasonal position. About St. Sebastian's School St. Sebastian's School is a vibrant, Catholic independent school serving 390 boys in grades 7-12, in Needham, MA. We are dedicated to providing a rigorous academic program grounded in the Catholic faith, fostering intellectual curiosity, moral character, and a lifelong love of learning in our students. The Associate Head Cross Country Coach will have the following responsibilities: Have a healthy working relationship with the Head Coach, based on open communication and respect. Coach with a professional conduct that meets school standards. Assist the Head Coach with practice planning and team workouts. Serve as a positive role-model to our student-athletes.
