Job Description

Forged Fitness & Boxing is hiring. We're looking for a coach with a strong boxing background who can lead both private, semi-private and small group training sessions with structure and intent. This is not a typical class environment. At Forged, we focus on coaching quality, attention to detail, and creating a training experience built around purpose and consistency. What you'll do: Lead private, semi-private and small group training sessions Hold mitts/pads and coach proper technique (required) Deliver high-energy sessions with clear structure Adapt coaching to different experience levels Maintain a professional, focused training environment What we're looking for: Boxing background (mitt work +) Experience coaching or leading groups Personal training experience (personal training certification +) Strong and professional presence, excellent communication and energy Fluent in english Reliable, prepared, and detail-oriented This is a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into a larger position over time. Potential for growth is bigger for individuals with both boxing and personal training background. Up to $1000 sign-on bonus potential for certain candidates.
