Job Type:
Part-Time Pay:
$17•$19 per hour
Hours Required:
Minimum of 2 shifts/week (shift length ranging from 3-6 hrs/day) What You'll Do Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months•12 years old using Goldfish's proven, play based curriculum Create a safe and positive learning environment Communicate clearly with families about swimmer's progress Maintain pool safety Be a supportive, professional teammate on and off the pool deck
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old Strong communication skills and reliability Swim instruction, lifeguard, structured childcare, or teaching experience preferred (1-3 years) Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred ( training provided if not yet certified ) Training & Growth Paid training provided Lifeguard certification is required while employed Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment You are paid for training time Opportunities for internal promotions and leadership growth Join a team that values development, professionalism, and making a real impact.
