One FC Boston is looking for motivated and passionate Youth Soccer Coaches to join our academy ahead of its official launch. Founded by World Cup Champion Blaise Matuidi , former Premier League player Kieran Gibbs , and former professional footballer Sylvain Marveaux , One FC is building a high-level youth soccer environment in the United States based on a European development methodology . All three founders are actively involved in the club's growth and regularly supervise training sessions during tryouts and player evaluation periods, helping shape the standards, culture, and football identity of the academy on the field. We are recruiting coaches for U10 to U12 competitive teams who are committed to player development, open to working within a structured methodology, and excited to be part of a fast-growing project in the Greater Boston Area . This is a paid part-time coaching opportunity for individuals who want to work in a professional environment, contribute to the long-term development of young players, and grow within an ambitious academy project. Key Responsibilities Coach 1 competitive team Deliver structured, high-quality training sessions aligned with One FC's development methodology Apply weekly training content and club standards to ensure consistency across teams Support the development of players' technical ability, game understanding, confidence, discipline, and decision-making Create a positive, demanding, and professional learning environment Prepare teams for matches, festivals, tournaments, and local competitions Lead training sessions and games with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and respect Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback when needed Communicate professionally with club staff and parents when appropriate Schedule Training sessions: Late afternoons and evenings, typically between 5:45 PM and 7:15PM Games, tryouts, and events: Weekends Part-time schedule based on team assignment and availability Compensation Paid per team Additional compensation available for tournaments, tryouts, and special events Compensation varies depending on age group, team level, and coaching experience Opportunities for growth as the club continues to expand Qualifications Previous experience coaching youth soccer, preferably in a competitive environment Strong interest in player development and youth mentorship Ability to work with players aged 9 to 12 Willingness to learn and apply a structured coaching methodology Strong communication and organizational skills Coaching licenses are a plus, but not required Reliable, professional, motivated, and committed attitude Ideal Profile We are looking for coaches who are energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping young players improve in the right environment.
