Strength and Conditioning Coach Impact Sports Lab Northborough, MA Job Details Part-time $30 - $45 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications School experience Youth fitness Exercise Science Soccer coaching Experience working with high schoolers Full Job Description Overview Strength & Conditioning Coach Northborough, MA | Part-Time | $30-$45/hour Help Develop the Next Generation of Athletes Impact Sports Lab is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead athletic development sessions for one of New England's premier travel soccer organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for coaches who enjoy working with competitive youth athletes and thrive in an energetic team environment. You'll coach boys and girls ranging from U12-U19 , helping them become stronger, faster, more resilient, and more confident. If you love coaching, building relationships with athletes, and leading large groups with enthusiasm and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Lead structured athletic development sessions before or after team training Coach strength, speed, agility, movement quality, and injury reduction Create a positive, energetic, and accountable training environment Demonstrate proper exercise technique and provide individual coaching cues Manage groups of athletes while maintaining high energy and organization Collaborate with our coaching staff to deliver a consistent training experience Represent Impact Sports Lab with professionalism and enthusiasm Ideal Candidates Have Experience coaching youth, high school, club, or collegiate athletes Confidence leading groups of 15-40+ athletes Strong communication and leadership skills A positive, energetic coaching style Passion for helping athletes improve Reliability and professionalism Preferred (but not required): CSCS, SCCC, USAW, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar certification Degree (or pursuing a degree) in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Performance, or related field Previous experience coaching soccer or field sport athletes Schedule Primarily weekday afternoons and evenings Sessions scheduled before or after team practices Consistent weekly coaching opportunities throughout the year Additional coaching opportunities may be available at Impact Sports Lab locations Compensation $30-$45 per hour Compensation based on experience, certifications, and coaching ability Who We Are Impact Sports Lab is a sports performance company dedicated to developing smarter athletes through evidence-based strength and conditioning, speed development, performance mindset, nutrition, and recovery. We work with athletes from middle school through the professional level and partner with many of the region's top clubs, schools, and organizations.
