Full Time About the Club New England Force is a Massachusetts based soccer club founded in 2025. Our teams compete in USL League 2, MLS NEXT Academy Division, N1 and The NECSL. We aim to provide opportunities to players that do not exist in this area. Position Summary The Head Coach leads all technical and tactical aspects of our USL League Two team. The primary focus is preparing elite collegiate and amateur players for the professional ranks. This role requires an expert tactician who can quickly mold a roster of players during a fast-paced summer competitive season.
Key Responsibilities On-Field Leadership:
Plan and execute all training sessions and lead the team during all USL League Two regular season and playoff matches.
Player Development:
Evaluate and mentor top-tier collegiate, domestic, and international players to help them transition to the professional level.
Roster Assembly:
Partner with club executives to recruit and build a competitive roster while adhering to USL League Two player eligibility rules.
Staff Management:
Direct the assistant coaching staff, trainers, and equipment managers.
Compliance & Coordination:
Ensure all player management aligns with NCAA eligibility guidelines to protect the amateur status of the collegiate athletes. Qualifications & Requirements USSF "A" or "B" License (or UEFA equivalent). Minimum of 3-5 years of high-level coaching experience (NCAA Division
I/II, MLS
Next Pro, USL Academy, or pre-professional levels preferred). Strong recruiting network within the college soccer landscape. Deep understanding of NCAA compliance rules regarding amateurism.
