We have a loyal base of members and a long history of supporting women as they become the best versions of themselves. We are looking to add a part-time personal trainer to our team. If you are a high-energy personal trainer, with a passion for fitness and helping women transform, you may be just the person we are looking for!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of sports and activities, including cheerleading, basketball, and physical education.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement training programs for athletes in various sports
  • Provide guidance and support to athletes to help them improve their skills
  • Organize and lead practice sessions
  • Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
  • Monitor and assess athlete performance
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sports coaching or related field
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques
  • Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
  • Certification in lifeguarding or CPR is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in different settings such as health clubs, gyms, or childcare facilities
