Full Job Description Position:

Boys Soccer Team Assistant (SY 26-27) (Stipend)

Unit A, Section F Salary range: $2,021 stipend

Time Commitment:

Six days a week. Ten to fifteen hours a week. Three games a week. Season Length- 8/24/2026 -11/23/2026

1 This is a stipend position.

SUMMARY :

The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding team assistant to coach the boys' soccer team for the 2025-2026 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

: Scouting opponent. Assisting in coaching at practice or games. Analyze game strategy. Implementation of skill development. Coverage on bus trips. Video analysis of games. Statistical analysis of games. Coach a specific position due to expertise.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

CPR certified. NFHS concussion course completed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

: High School Diploma or equivalent. Degree from an accredited college or university.
