We deliver structured, result-driven group personal training focused on helping members get stronger, move better, and build long-term confidence. The Role & Opportunities Primary Role:
Lead MidStrong Coaching Coach engaging, technique-focused small-group personal training sessions. Provide individual coaching cues, progressions, and regressions within a group dynamic. Shift availability includes weekday mornings, midday, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings. Foster an inclusive, high-energy environment aligned with MidStrong standards.
Growth Opportunity:
Drive Community & Culture Build strong relationships with MidStrong members and support their ongoing fitness journeys. Actively contribute to member retention, community events, and overall gym culture.
Additional Opportunity:
Independent Business Access Utilize our facility during non-class hours to train private clients or small groups. Grow your independent coaching business inside a fully equipped, professional environment.
Compensation & Perks Competitive Class Pay:
$25 - $35 / hour

Preferred Training Opportunities:
Coaches who are committed to teaching MidStrong classes receive preferred facility rental rates or revenue-sharing models for their private clients. Opportunity to Build your
Client Base:
Gain exposure to an engaged membership community, creating opportunities to develop your own personal training clientele. Qualifications Active NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification (NSCA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, CSCS, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification. Demonstrated experience leading small group functional strength training or personal training. Availability during one or more of our core class blocks (weekday mornings, midday, afternoons/evenings and/or Saturday mornings). Strong communication skills, high energy, and reliable professionalism.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
