Season Position Type :

Part-Time / Seasonal 2 days a week + tournaments About the Position We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and knowledgeable Head Volleyball Coach to lead our 16U girls volleyball team. The ideal candidate is passionate about player development, teamwork, leadership, and creating a positive and competitive environment for young athletes. Responsibilities Plan and lead team practices throughout the season Teach and develop fundamental and advanced volleyball skills Prepare athletes for tournaments and competitive matches Develop game strategies, rotations, and lineups Provide constructive feedback and individualized player development Promote teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and accountability Communicate professionally with players and parents Attend scheduled tournaments, matches, and team events Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive team environment Work with club leadership to support the overall goals and standards of the program Qualifications Playing experience at the high school, collegiate, club, or competitive level preferred Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, rules, rotations, and strategy Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively with athletes ages 15-16 Reliable, organized, and professional Must be willing to complete any required background checks, certifications, or club/organization requirements What We're Looking For We are looking for a coach who wants to develop athletes both on and off the court. Our Head Coach should be able to balance competitiveness with player development while creating a team culture where athletes feel challenged, supported, and motivated to improve. Compensation $3500 per season compensations may be based on coaching experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
