Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, and support to both members and prospects! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging training programs tailored to the needs and skill levels of participants
- Provide constructive feedback to improve performance and technique
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions
- Demonstrate proper techniques and skills while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork
- Maintain equipment and facilities in a clean and organized manner
Skills:
- Professional, reliable, and timely
- Knowledge of boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, mma
- Ability to educate and motivate individuals or groups effectively
- Familiarity with health club operations and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels
