Job Description

Job Summary We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and energetic instructors who enjoy working with young children (ages 2-6) and are passionate about sports, fitness, and child development. As a Preschool Sports Instructor, you will lead 25-30 minute classes at preschool and daycare locations, delivering fun, engaging, and structured lessons that encourage movement, teamwork, and confidence. Responsibilities Lead group sports and fitness classes for children ages 2-6 using pre-planned curriculum Travel to multiple school locations each day (within a 30-minute radius) Set up and clean up equipment before and after each session Build positive relationships with school staff, children, and parents Create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy environment for learning through play Communicate with the scheduling team regarding availability, absences, or changes Represent the brand in a professional, friendly, and consistent manner Skills Experience working with children preferred but not required(teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.) Outgoing, energetic personality with strong classroom management skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable lifting and carrying sports equipment (up to 30 lbs) Available weekday mornings and/or early afternoons (8:00 AM-2:00 PM range) CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred Background check clearance required Join us in inspiring the next generation of athletes while promoting health and wellness through engaging instruction!
