Job Description

About Us:
MASI Sports Academy delivers high energy, structured youth leadership and sports performance programs across the DMV. What You'll Do:
Lead sessions for students elementary/middle school students using our Coach Guide — every drill, rep, and discussion topic is already scripted for you. Run daily warm-ups, skill development, and small-sided games/competition. Facilitate short character and stewardship discussions with students. Track student attendance on a simple student checklist. Create a positive, structured, high-energy environment every session.
What You Don't Need:
No coaching certification or elite playing background required. Our curriculum is built so a responsible, engaged adult can run a high-quality session without prior training experience — the system does the heavy lifting. No prior classroom/teaching experience required, though it's a plus.
