Job Description

Job Overview Win Sports & Fitness is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sports Performance Coach to join our team. This role is focused entirely on coaching, programming execution, and athlete development . You will work with athletes of various ages and sports, helping them improve speed, strength, agility, mobility, and overall performance in a structured, high-energy training environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a coach who is passionate about developing athletes, refining technique, and delivering results . Key Responsibilities Coaching & Athlete Development Lead and assist in sports performance training sessions for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes Coach and cue proper technique in speed, agility, strength, and conditioning drills Ensure athletes are training with proper form, intensity, and intent Deliver a high-energy, engaging, and structured training experience Build positive relationships with athletes to promote confidence and consistency Program Execution Follow and execute structured training programs designed by Win Sports & Fitness Modify and adjust exercises based on athlete ability, age, and injury considerations Monitor athlete progress and provide feedback to improve performance Assist in implementing performance testing (speed, agility, strength, conditioning) Training Environment & Standards Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment Set up and break down equipment for sessions Ensure all athletes are following gym rules and safety guidelines Uphold the standards and coaching expectations of Win Sports & Fitness Qualifications Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred) Certifications such as CSCS, NASM, ACE, or USAW (preferred but not required) Experience coaching athletes or in a sports performance setting Strong understanding of: Speed and agility training Strength and conditioning principles Proper exercise technique and progression High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for coaching What We're Looking For A coach who is passionate about athlete development and performance Someone who can command a room, coach with energy, and connect with athletes Detail-oriented with a strong eye for movement quality and technique Reliable, professional, and committed to continuous improvement Schedule Flexible scheduling based on availability Must be available for afternoons, evenings, and/or Saturdays What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Hands-on coaching experience with a variety of athletes Opportunity to grow within a performance-based training environment Positive, high-energy team culture
Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
