A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.

About Southern Maine Athlete Academy Southern Maine Athlete Academy is one of Maine's fastest-growing youth athletic development programs. We specialize in helping athletes ages 7-16 build speed, strength, confidence, and soccer skills through small-group coaching with individualized instruction. Every session is fully programmed.
