POSITION:
JUNIOR VARSITY VOLLEYBALL COACH ASSISTANT
REPORTS TO:
Athletic Director
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Exhibit high moral and ethical conduct and display a positive value system.
Be a positive role model for the athletes.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sport to be coached.
Display good judgment in dealing with parents, team, administration, public, and the media.
Serve as an effective mentor/leader.
Desire to be a part of the district-wide Bulldog team.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
A valid Michigan Teacher's Certificate.
Prior experience as a coach.
Experience with an educational institution.
Excellent communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The coach shall be directly responsible to the Athletic Director for the administration, supervision, and evaluation of matters pertaining to his/her assigned areas of responsibility. He/she is responsible for the organization, coordination, and interpretation of the sport.
SALARY:
As per contract.
