We are looking for motivated teachers/coaches to join our amazing Rising Starz staff! Current position we are hiring for: Lead Recreational and Preschool Gymnastics Teacher/Coach The responsibilities of Lead Staff include: Lesson planning, organizing and leading weekly classes based on age and ability. All lead staff follow our specific Rising Starz curriculum that guides students safely through progressions, while building confidence and strength. All new staff members will be trained along side a Rising Starz Lead staff for 4-6 weeks before taking over classes of their own. Lead Staff are also responsible to maintain an exciting, safe and interactive environment that keeps children engaged and learning. The best applicant for this position will have a gymnastics background (understand basic fundamentals), previous experience working or leading small groups of children, and LOTS of energy. Don't have gymnastics experience, but love kids and fitness? We will hire and train the right person for the job! Rising Starz offers classes for students 18months-18years old that include gymnastics, tumbling, ninja and competitive gymnastics. Our work environment is positive, encouraging and family orientated.
