Womens Team Gymnastics Coach (Bars Specialist)
Job Description
Branch Gymnastics is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable Women's Team Coach with a strong emphasis in Optional Bars to join our growing coaching staff. If you love developing athletes, solving technical challenges, building great routines, and helping gymnasts reach their potential, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead and support Women's Team training across Developmental, Xcel, Compulsory & Optional levels Take a leadership role in Optional Bars, including skill development, shaping, drills & routine construction Safely spot and teach advanced release skills and high-to-low bar transitions Assist with advanced tumbling, vault, meet preparation & competition routines Track athlete progression and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback Collaborate with our coaching team to create a positive, hardworking training environmentWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years coaching Optional athletes through Level 10 preferred, with strong knowledge of advanced bars and spotting.We value coaches who are:
