Gymnastics and Fitness Pay:

$15-$25 per hour, based on experience L.A. Gymnastics & Fitness is growing our coaching team! We are currently hiring Head Coaches for our recreational gymnastics, Ninja, and Acro Dance programs. We are looking for dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude. Gymnastics experience or a gymnastics background is strongly preferred , but previous coaching experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidates who have knowledge of the sport and are excited to learn. Current Openings & Schedule Tuesday | 3:45-5:15 PM Little Ninja's Coach Thursday | 3:45-5:15 PM Level 1 Gymnastics Coach Acro Dance Coach Boys Gymnastics Head Coach Candidates may coach one or multiple classes depending on experience and availability. Additional coaching hours may become available as enrollment and programs grow. Responsibilities Serve as Head Coach for assigned classes Teach age- and level-appropriate skills and progressions Provide safe, organized, and engaging instruction Encourage athletes while building confidence and strong fundamentals Maintain a positive and welcoming class environment Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, and staff Follow gym safety standards and coaching expectations Participate in gym events and community outreach when applicable Qualifications Gymnastics experience/background strongly preferred Previous coaching or teaching experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable and confident working with children Dependable and able to consistently attend assigned classes Positive, patient, encouraging, and professional Willing to learn and continue developing as a coach Ability to lead a class independently after training What We Offer $15-$25/hour based on experience Flexible part-time schedule Positive, fun, and supportive work environment Tuition discounts for employees with children enrolled in our programs Continuing education and coaching development Assistance with obtaining applicable USA Gymnastics certifications Opportunities for additional coaching hours as programs grow Community involvement and outreach opportunities A rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes This position could be a great fit for a former gymnast, cheerleader, dancer, gymnastics coach, or someone with a strong gymnastics background who would love to get back into the gym.
