This isn't a job where you simply watch kids. Our coaches lead, teach, play, mentor, and help children develop confidence, discipline, teamwork, communication, and other skills that carry far beyond our facility. If you're the person who naturally connects with kids, brings energy into a room, and enjoys sports, coaching, teaching, or leading activities, we want to meet you. What You'll Be Doing You'll work directly with children while helping lead a variety of structured activities, including: Sports and active games Fitness activities Arts & crafts STEAM projects Team-building activities Life-skills and character-development activities Special events and program activities You'll also help supervise students, maintain a safe and organized environment, communicate with your team, and participate in ongoing staff training. You don't need to be an expert in every activity. We'll train you. Become a Certified Pediatric Ninja Specialist One of the things that makes this opportunity different is our approach to coaching children. Selected team members receive paid training and professional development designed to help them better understand how children learn, communicate, develop, and respond to coaching at different ages. You'll learn practical strategies for working with children physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially and how to become a better youth coach and mentor. This isn't just experience supervising kids. It's experience learning how to coach them. Who We're Looking For You could be a great fit if you are: Energetic, positive, and outgoing Dependable and punctual Comfortable leading groups of children Patient and able to communicate effectively Coachable and willing to learn Able to take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids At least 18 years old Able to reliably get to and from work Able to meet applicable employment and background-screening requirements Previous experience is helpful, but the right personality, attitude, and work ethic matter more to us than having the perfect resume.
