Head Coach Opportunities The WCA Wildcats are looking for several coaches for the fall season! Varsity Girls Volleyball JV Girls Volleyball 7th/8th Grade Girls Volleyball Middle School Co-ed Cross Country Coach Head Coaches report to the Athletic Director. This is a seasonal position. The ideal candidate will have a desire to lead our student-athletes to grow in their faith in Christ, to mature in their godly character, to increase their love for the game, and to develop their skills in competition. This candidate should have a strong faith in and love for God, and a thorough understanding of the rules and regulations of the game. This candidate must be able to develop and execute practice and game plans, and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills for interactions with student-athletes, parents, officials, and others in the sporting arena. Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification.
