We are currently offering both part-time and full-time opportunities , making this a great fit for someone looking for additional coaching hours or someone interested in making gymnastics coaching their full-time career. Position Overview The Girls Competitive Team Coach will work directly with our competitive athletes to develop skills, strength, confidence, and consistency while maintaining a positive, structured, and motivating training environment. We are looking for a coach who is knowledgeable, dependable, energetic, and passionate about helping athletes reach their potential. Responsibilities Coach girls competitive gymnastics practices and training sessions Develop and improve athletes' skills, technique, strength, flexibility, and routines Provide appropriate spotting and skill progressions Maintain a safe and organized training environment Motivate athletes while maintaining clear expectations and accountability Work collaboratively with other team coaches and program leadership Assist with athlete evaluations and competitive level placement Attend gymnastics competitions and team events as required Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, coaches, and management Help contribute to the continued growth and success of the competitive team program Qualifications Previous gymnastics coaching experience preferred Competitive gymnastics coaching experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of gymnastics skills, progressions, and spotting techniques Ability to work effectively with athletes of different ages and skill levels Positive, dependable, and professional attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the team schedule Meet and competition availability may be required Schedule We are currently hiring for: Part-time positions Full-time positions Hours and schedule can vary depending on experience, availability, and the needs of the competitive program.
