Do you enjoy working with both adults and youth athletes in a positive, high-energy environment? If so, Empowered Performance Training wants to meet you. Empowered Performance Training is a 5,000-square-foot performance training facility set to open later this year and is committed to helping athletes and adults move better, perform better, and live healthier lives. As we prepare to launch our Empowered Program for adults, as well as our Parisi Speed School Program for youth in December 2026, we are seeking a motivated and energetic Personal Trainer/Sports Performance Coach to join our growing team. Following comprehensive training on Empowered's Standards of Operation and certification through the Parisi Speed School system, you will coach small-group, semi-private, and one-on-one training sessions for both adult clients and youth athletes. Responsibilities Deliver small-group, semi-private, and private training sessions. Coach athletes according to Parisi Speed School methodologies and standards. Build strong relationships with athletes and their families through regular communication and progress updates. Utilize facility software platforms to manage scheduling, programming, and client engagement. Complete daily operational tasks and documentation. Maintain Parisi Speed School certifications and continuing education requirements. Attend team meetings, workshops, and staff development sessions. Participate in ongoing education through Parisi University and TrainHeroic. Develop and implement an annual professional growth plan. Serve as a positive ambassador for Empowered Performance Training and Parisi Speed School within the community. Qualifications Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification required. Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Performance, or a related field preferred. Experience coaching athletes and/or adult fitness clients preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of motivating others. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Able to demonstrate and perform athletic movements. Available to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
