We specialize in sports performance, powerlifting, strongman, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and pre/postpartum fitness. We currently offer group training for strength sports, sports performance, and adult strength and conditioning. We also offer one-on-one and small group personal training. Our coaching focuses on proper movement mechanics, client education, and adapting workouts to fit any skill level. We currently have a small team and are looking to add an additional part-time coach to our staff. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time role as there is potential to take on personal training clients. We are looking for someone who can take over the training programs at a local high school and volleyball club. The ideal candidate will have previous experience coaching athletes.
Job responsibilities:
- Implement sports performance program (all sports) at the high school
- Maintain communication with all coaches
- Program/Lead volleyball club training sessions
