E7 United is seeking a motivated and dependable Youth Football Coaching Intern to assist our coaching staff with weekly youth football practices. This is a great opportunity for a college student, former athlete, aspiring coach, or individual interested in youth sports to gain hands-on experience working with young athletes in a positive community environment. The Coaching Intern will assist with football drills, athlete engagement, equipment setup, and maintaining a safe and encouraging practice environment. Responsibilities Assist coaches during weekly youth football practices Help demonstrate football drills and fundamentals Encourage and motivate young athletes Assist with organizing athletes and practice activities Help set up and put away equipment Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment Serve as a positive role model for E7 athletes Assist with E7 camps and special events when available Schedule & Compensation Approximately 1 hour per week Primarily Saturdays $12.50 per hour Additional paid opportunities may be available for camps, tournaments, and special events Qualifications Interest in football, coaching, or youth development Previous football playing or coaching experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with youth athletes Ability to work effectively as part of a coaching team Great Opportunity For College students Former football players Aspiring coaches Kinesiology or sports management students Education students Individuals looking to gain youth coaching experience What You'll Gain Hands-on youth coaching experience Experience working with young athletes Exposure to youth sports programming Professional and community networking opportunities Resume-building experience Opportunity to make a positive impact in the Minneapolis community
