RESPONSIBILITIES
: The coach will supervise athletes before, during, and after practices and games, including in the locker room and on the field. They will manage and care for team equipment and ensure it is used properly and returned. Regular communication with athletes, families, and the Activities Department is expected to keep everyone informed and connected. Most importantly, the coach will serve as a positive role model and mentor, helping athletes grow in character, confidence, and sportsmanship.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
: We are looking for a coach who has playing experience and an understanding of the game/sport. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will create a fun and positive team environment where kids enjoy coming to practice and games. This coach should be able to teach not only athletic skills, but also life lessons like teamwork, effort, and resilience. A passion for working with young athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field/court is essential. Coaching license or coaching minor preferred, not required. Coaching experience in the sport.
