About us Drees Performance Training is a volleyball and sports performance gym in Burnsville, MN. Our owner and Head Performance Coach is a CSCS with 15+ years of coaching, and we've trained more than 1,000 athletes. Most are teenage girls training for volleyball. We test every athlete at the start and again at the end, so the progress is on paper. The athletes earn it. What you'll do
  • Lead small-group strength and power sessions (8 athletes max, a coach on every set)
  • Coach the main lifts, jump training, sprint and landing mechanics
  • Progress athletes through our levels using technique gates and testing
  • Adjust load for readiness, injury, or the sport calendar
  • Keep athlete records current and talk with parents Must have
  • Experience coaching strength training with youth or high school athletes
  • Strong technique in squat, hinge, press, pull and jump progressions
  • Comfort coaching by cue and correcting in the moment Nice to have
  • CSCS (NSCA) or a degree in exercise science or kinesiology
  • CPR/First Aid
  • Volleyball or jump training experience
  • Experience with female athletes
Schedule:
part-time. After-school evenings and weekends.
Pay:
$22 to $30 per hour.
