Contract is based on Teacher's Contract Schedule C- 19 base points x $145 per point plus experience Park High School is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified candidate to serve as Girls Volleyball 9th Grade Coach.
Candidates should have the following:
- Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior.
- Positive, high energy, and committed.
- Partners well with parents, staff, community leaders, etc.
- View success not just as winning; but as helping team members to reach goals.
- Orientation toward continuous improvement and transformational coaching, including a transformational coaching purpose statement A valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications) is preferred for assistant coaches and

Head Varsity Girls Volleyball coach and Park High School Athletics/Activities Director, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with the High School Principal.JOB GOALS
To instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize individual and team success. Concurrently, student-athletes shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values, pride in accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and confidence. Coach shall demonstrate substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport as well as successfully establish positive relationships with all stakeholders.HOW TO APPLY
