Along with coaching are additional opportunities for working camps and other internal programming. Responsibilities Plan and deliver dynamic soccer training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Follow a set club-wide ethos Foster a fun, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect among players Time management, organization and communication are a must. Skills Proven experience in soccer coaching within a club environment. Playing background is ideal. Strong behavior management skills to motivate students and maintain a positive environment USSF or United Soccer Coaching Licenses preferred. Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and foster teamwork among players Salary is based on level of team and experience.
