Job Description
The YMCA is seeking experienced Private Swim Instructors (age 16+) to deliver high-quality, one-on-one and small-group swim lessons, this role is ideal for instructors who are confident in building personalized lesson plans, adapting to individual skill levels, and creating a safe, engaging environment that drives strong member satisfaction. We take into consideration an individuals background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
