Job Description
About the Position North Branch Area High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Gymnastics Coach to lead our Varsity program for the upcoming Winter 2026-2027 season. You will direct the overall gymnastics program, develop athletes' skills through safe progressions, and foster a positive, high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Direct, supervise, and train the Varsity Gymnastics Program. Lead and plan all practices, training sessions, and conditioning programs while adjusting your schedule as needed for meets and practices. Develop progressive, safe lesson plans tailored to various skill levels and competitive goals. Communicate consistently and effectively with student-athletes, parents, staff, and the community regarding progress, schedules, and team policies. Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and governing body regulations. Stay current by examining and implementing new theories, procedures, and technical aspects pertinent to the sport of gymnastics.
